Why No U.S. Crash Test Data On The 1 Series ?

Last year a guy went head first into a telephone pole at 40MPH and came out without a scratch.
This car is plenty safe. |

I got to see one go head first into a phone pole, the amount of airbag coverage these cars have is pretty amazing, this guy had every single one deploy
