Akrapovic Delet-R

I installed my Delet-R last Saturday it cleared my SES light and increased emissions warning. I drove 600KM in 6 days and my engine faults are back! SES and increased emissions warning. Has any else on this forum had any issues with there Akrapovic Delet-R? I contacted the person I purchased it through to get a replacement.

I have the delete R and have not had any CEL's since the exhaust and the deleter were installed about 1500 km ago. And with an autocross event as well. I hope the cel's don't start showing up.

Mine has worked fine. I have about 3000 miles and 4 track days since install.

Maybe there is something else wrong with your car that's triggering those warnings. My 08 was bone stock and I got those warnings somewhat frequently for a couple weeks.

I am 100% sure it's the Delet-R. When I remove the delet-R it only takes about 60Km of driving to kick the increased emissions warning and (SES) = service engine soon light comes on. When you do a vehicle check on I-drive it says increased emissions! No shit sherlock. I am pretty sure my primary Cats are gone! So I install the Delet-R and the Faults disappear and will re appear after 60km of driving and then go away shortly after. I have an intermittent Delet-R

Quick question for you guys that are running this product. Dose this only erase emission codes, or does it clear all codes? I have seen products in the past that do the same thing for the same reason, however, they were deleting all ECU codes. It was erasing the short term memory of the ECU removing the fuel trim as well. ... not that anyone cares about that, but the point is, it might also be covering up other problems that might be developing but take a little longer to diagnose.

Or is the idea to correct the voltage of the secondary O2 sensor to read within the limits?
