MEISTERSCHAFT EXHAUST (pros and cons/feedback)

Hey guys, as a new owner of an e92 m3 the first thing Im looking to get is a full exhaust system. I am looking for LOUD - so I figured the two best options are either the meisterschaft or gintani full systems. I dont like the way the gintani tips look, but the meisterschaft ones look amazing! The meisterschaft sounds alot louder/high pitched as well (from what Ive heard). For these reasons I am heavily leaning towards the meisterschaft unit.

Two questions: is there a difference between the two performance wise (hp/tq added? is it relatively the same)? Anything I should know about the meisterschaft unit that would lead me away from it and towards gintani? Thanks!

There a few member on here who have said the meisterschaft has poor build quality, and that a piece was breaking off, although IMO it sounds great

Gintani offers dual walled tips as well, they are very pretty and sounds great

They offer different sounds both loud and aggresive

Basically, my head is fixed on the meisterachaft system. Only thing is, im concerned about the difference in power gains between the two - is it drastic? I cant see it being more than a 2-5whp difference.

It'll throw a CEL if you delete the primary cats

Thats also i was looking for that answer for long time , meisterschaft sounds great and best for me so far, but almost non of member using that exhaust, espically non of the SC guys , because they just bad quality or not enough gain for SC cars ?

Yeah i was wondering this too..theres only so much youcan gain from an exhaust, so i cant see how the gintani would add that much more than te meisterschaft (5-10whp is fine, anything more i just cant see).

Garage List
I have the meistershaft gts axle back installed on my car, its loud, and my friends tell me its even louder. Quality seems fine to me, and the black tips helped out too. But I ordered the Gintani catless x-pipe, so I might just switch my mufflers to the Gintani, since everything else on the car is Gintani.

i got the meist gt2 muffler and the section 2 pipes so havent deleted the cats yet. Was looking for a solution to change the cats myself w/o getting a cel light and w/o getting any ecu mods.

Meisterchaft doesn't add any power , I had a Gt2 and the didn't gain jack diddly , not to mention my fins were and did come off !!!
And the shity ass customer service that came with it ( a cocky bunch over their at meisterchaft ) they act as if they selling exhausts to Honda people ....
Save your money !!
If you want loud go with Gintani .... And the tips look nice a big , they stand out nicely

I have and love the MGT. Sound amazing and the tips look great. Fit and finish was tip notch and the quality of the exhaust itself is fantastic. The YouTube clips are bang on to what your car will sound like. Get it, you'll love it too.
