Z4 Shocks + Springs @ 60.000miles

Hi there,

Have Z4 with sport suspension with almost 60.000miles. Is it time to replace my shocks and springs? I use the car for daily use and drive it sometimes hard. I don't use the car on a track. I pushed on the car to see if the suspension is still good but it seems like it stops moving right away.

If its time for replacement what are good shocks and springs? Is it possible to DIY?

Thanks guys!

The suspension isn't shot, per se, but it has already given its best by that mileage. Whether you decide to spend money to replace them is really up to you. I think suspension can be a DIY (I've not done it), but you'll need to be somewhat good with your hands. I would seek out someone who has done it to help!
