Ordered a 128i today !

Been reading these forums for a while. This will be my first BMW. Selling my beloved bugeye WRX. Thanks to everyone for all the good info. Now the 8 week wait begins...

Jet black manual w/black leather (value package) and grey poplar.

Congratulation.
Have you checked the difference between the sport package and without, those sports seats are worth every penny. Just saying, it's not too late to modify your order.

No 6FL (USB iPod) option? It is also a no cost option. I could not live without mine! Congrats on the car! Another 6MT guy!!

Value package in the US includes the iPod & USB adapter. I'd also have to recommend M-Sport, I drove a 128i with it and one without, the sport seats are incredible and the ride quality is way sportier too.

My order went into production within a half an hour. Strange.

I may be in a minority here but the sport seats in the 1 series are very uncomfortable for daily driving. Not that I don't like sport seats, the M3 sport seats are heavenly.

I went without the sport package in the 135, sport suspension is standard for the 135.

Lots of good info ! Yes, I got the Ipod adaptor in the value package. I didn't get the sport pkg since 1) i liked the stock seats better and 2) i live in a place with lousy roads. If I regret this later, I can always put in the BMW performance suspension...

I did change the order though - now getting terracotta w/light walnut. Got the change in just in time before it was too late - status today was 112.

Can't wait to get my car !!!
