Steering issues

I don't know what this issue can be, when I'm drivin slowly and I ten the wheel it's starts to rumble like it doesn't want to turn all the way, when I cut it all the way to the end it's strts rumbling and vibrating, I highly doubt this is normal but have no idea what can be wrong?
Also last night when I was driving I made a right turn and the wheel locked up and the car went straight, I might have hyrdroplaned but I was only going 20mph so I'm not sure
It's a 6mt with aBout 52k on it, if anyone has any idea what it cm be or what to look for please let mr know. Thanks
