E90 M3 19" OEM Wheels

BIMMERPOST / Classifieds
Asking Price:
None

Item Interest
I am selling 2 (not a full set) of 19" E90 M3 wheels. I have one front and one rear that are in mint condition. I purchased these at Paul Miller BMW in NJ and have no use for them now as i will be returning my car in the next few weeks. I am willing to sell them individually if anyone is intersted. Looking to get $900 for both. Rims do not come with tires. Please PM me if you are interested.

The reason why i am charging this is because i bought two extra wheels from BMW @ approximately $900 per wheel. The person selling them for $1200 probably purchased the 19" option for their car with the intention of buying aftermarket wheels, which is why they were so cheap. If i remember correctly the 19" wheel package is somewhere around $1800. Purchasing the wheels individually is more expensive when purchased through BMW. I If i was selling my stock rims and upgrading to different wheels when i bought the car then i would of sold mine cheaper, but that is not the case.

Don't take this the wrong way, but what you paid for them has zero bearing on what they are worth.

Recommend putting "Two OEM 19" wheels" in the title, as it's a little misleading as is. Good luck with the sale, sharp looking wheels!

Are replicas really a bad deal?

Example:
http://www.oemwheelsplus.com/bmw/19-...heels-set.html these are $670 and you can call and get them to knock $50 off when you mention their eBay store

Is buying the original OEM wheel set really that much better for the car? I am seriously asking for help here ...

Yes they are. Don't waste your money on bad wheels.

You might want to reconsider the pricing. FMV (fair market value) is no where near what you're posting. If someone were to buy new tires with these rims ($600+) they'd be paying $1500 total for two rims/tires! Ouch! A used set of 4 with 75% tread is going for $1600-$1800.

FMV for the rims alone is probably $250-$300/ea.

GLWS!!

I agree with the sentiment echoed in this thread.......

...your price is too high.

What you paid for these, or overpaid, is irrelevant unfortunately. You should probably get $600 for both.
