I'm in the NYC area and looking for something in the next 2 weeks. My car of choice is the '11 550xi but the payment is just to high for that car right now. I'm looking for an M3 convertible (Cold Weather, Convenience, Park Distance Control, Premium Package 2, M Double-clutch, Enhanced Premium Sound) to buy or take over lease. My lease currently expires Nov 23 and I'll qualify to lease another vehicle with BMW so its not an issue. If the car is price to sell then I'm looking to buy the car as well.

-Want to take over lease payment of $700 or less a month. (Basically someone who put a big down payment at signup)

you can get a brand new loaded e93 right now for unreal lease prices. go to the dealer

Try to contact your dealer

You can get close to that deal new

it'll be hard to get it used as previously lease deals were crazy bad

You might be right. I'll contact them tomorrow.
I just remember the winter of '08, they had leases for $625 with $2500 down. E93 (Tech, Premium, Comfort, Sound, HD Radio, back sensors)
