cp-e 135i and 335i/xi exhaust systems + downpipes - best pricing PERIOD
cp-e 135i and 335i/xi exhaust systems, best pricing PERIOD!
Guys, we have been working with cp-e to put together a SCREAMING deal on exhaust systems for you guys. For the 135i, we are offering turbo-back exhaust systems, cat-back systems, and also axle-back systems for the budget minded. For the 335i, we can offer both cat-back and turbo-back systems - no axle-back. 135i Downpipes and Exhaust cp-e™ is very proud to offer replacement cast stainless steel downpipes for the BMW N54 twin-turbo engine. The cp-e™ downpipes are the product of nearly 10-months of design work, and represent the latest in reverse-engineering and manufacturing technology. The downpipes are constructed from heavy gauge American-made 304-stainless steel, and also carry a lifetime warranty. The visually striking stainless bellmouth castings are both attractive and functional. Each was designed entirely in CAD space, and is contoured internally to provide the lowest resistance to exhaust flow possible. This allows the turbos to effectively evacuate exhaust from the turbine housing, which decreases engine pumping losses as well as improve turbo responsiveness. The thick-wall castings help retain exhaust energy as well as prevent cracking from the thousands of thermal cycles daily driven vehicles endure. The ultra-precise fitment of the downpipes in what is an incredibly small workspace is the result of painstaking attention to detail and the utilization state-of-the-art manufacturing equipment. cp-e™ utilizes the latest in 3-D digitizing and reverse-engineering tools, and also take advantage of robotic cutting and welding systems to reduce the influence of human error. These tools ensure that each example is true to the original prototypes, which guarantees ideal fitment each and every time. The downpipes may be installed without any permanent modifications, and are available with or without high-flow catalytic converters and additional wideband oxygen sensor bungs. Pics: cp-e 135i Exhaust The stock exhaust system on the BMW 135i leaves a lot of room for improvement. It does a good job at suppressing exhaust noise, but also corks what is otherwise a wonderful sound. We improved upon the factory system by enlarging the mid-pipes by approximately 0.25" to accommodate increased turbocharger duty. The single resonator cross-over is replaced with our optional dual 8-inch hybrid mufflers, or you can option out these mufflers for the least restriction possible. The large rear muffler is swapped out for our new muffler which is internally similar to the one used on our 335i cat back, but it was specifically designed for the 135&s single inlet/dual outlet design This new muffler has been lengthened and a small baffle was added to increase noise suppression. The resulting sound is nothing short of intoxicating, and we would be surprised if your stereo gets much use after installation. The low-rpm range now has a warm and mellow tone without sounding too "boomy." As you move further into the powerband the character changes from a baritone grunt into a frenetic roar. Our exhaust is a dramatic improvement over the flat uninspiring tone produced by the stock setup. It gives the 135i a more aggressive character without becoming overwhelming. Most importantly, there is no drone! We believe that it provides the perfect blend of performance, sound, and appearance, without any of the drawbacks from which most aftermarket exhausts typically suffer. The cat back comes in two pieces that are modular. You can chose to only replace the rear section, which includes the rear muffler and tailpipes. Or opt to replace only the front section, which includes the larger diameter mid pipes and optional 8-inch hybrid mufflers. No matter which options you choose, the cp-e™ 135i exhaust is a 100% bolt-in system that requires no cutting, grinding, or welding. Welcome to the product of serious engineering. Optional Black Chrome Tips: Under-car shot: cp-e 135i Exhaust System Clips (Cat-Back) cp-e 335i Exhaust After years of offering only the finest aftermarket components to the Mazda community, we have decided to expand our products into other markets. The 335i stainless steel dual exhaust system is the first cp-e™ product designed for the European market. We believe that our engineering and manufacturing capabilities, as well as our attention to detail will be greatly appreciated in the European market. Even among the fierce competition that is already established in the German tuning community. First, we urge anyone considering our exhaust system to scrutinize over the details. Our exhaust system requires absolutely no modifications to the vehicle in order to install it. That means no cutting of the stock exhaust! Also, our exhaust fitment is so precise that our dual exhaust a fits both the coupe and the sedan models. We use only the finest American made "super buffed" 304 stainless steel for superior corrosion resistance and long-term durability. The mufflers we use are custom-made TIG welded stainless mufflers, so the sound of our system will be totally unique. The hangers are not simply straight cut steel rod either. Instead we use stock style stamped hangers that keep the exhaust system from shifting under the car and causing rattling. Our attention to detail is second to none. Boasting TIG welded critical joints, laser cut 3/8" thick flanges, as well as polished and rolled exhaust tips. Plus we include all components necessary for a complete professional installation. Of course the main purpose of upgrading any exhaust system is to improve the sound characteristics of the vehicle. What is different about our system however is that it is not designed for the weekend racer. Although it would more than fit the bill for any track enthusiast. Our exhaust was designed for the discriminating enthusiast who wishes to improve the driving experience of his/her daily driven 335i. To that end, we have tuned the exhaust system to produce virtually no drone and the increase in volume over the stock system is quite modest. In other words, your ears will not be ringing after a trip to and from work. However the change in the tone and character of the sound is substantial. The change brings a deeper, and more exotic sound much like that of a Ferrari V-8. cp-e cat-back videos Pricing 135i cp-e complete cat-back MSRP $1409 Our price: $1275 cp-e axle-back MSRP $799 Our price: $720 cp-e mid-pipes MSRP $693 Our price: $625 [/B]Add cp-e catless downpipes $707 MSRP $635 Add cp-e catted downpipes $1007 MSRP $899 Add resonators or high-flow cats $200 Add Stealth Pipe (anti-drone) $FREE Add Black Chrome Tips $100 Pricing 335i cp-e cat-back $1556 MSRP Our price: $1399 Add cp-e catless downpipes $707 MSRP $635 Add cp-e catted downpipes $1007 MSRP $899 Add resonators or high-flow cats $200 Add Stealth Pipes (2, anti-drone) $100 Add Black Chrome Tips $100 Shipping for exhaust systems is $75 in the USA, no charge for downpipes or options.
