Carpet Question

Does the 2011 model come with factory carpet mats?

My 2011 did not come with mats. My salesperson picked up a set from the Parts Dept. after I decided to buy it. Is this normal? Thanks for your help.

My 135 came with winter mats free, but that was the dealer's choice. I think the car comes standard without mats which is ridiculous.

My car had a very nice set of carpet mats in it when I picked it up...

Wasn't charged for them

this. Its pretty standard for a dealership to throw them in for free i believe.

Same. my sales person told me that my car comes standard with crappy mat. He threw in better mat with BMW logo for free.

Mats don't come with the car, but as many said, sometimes the salesman will put them in for free. Ask ahead of time. My salesman said nothing and then they were in when I picked it up. But, I had already purchased the standard logo mats myself, since I knew they didn't come with the car. Was able to switch the dealer provided ones for the rubber mats, to use for the winter.

That has been the case for all 5 BMWs I've purchased since 1996.

I bought my car CPO'd and it didn't have mats. The salesman threw in a set free of charge after the fact.

When I was signing my deal the sales manager wrote really big "no throw in floor mats at this price" on the paperwork. LOL.
Expecting delivery in a couple of weeks, hopefully I can swindle something out of them.

really depends on the dealer i recommend that you work out the deal then say i want a hat a key chain and mats. lol i would do what the hell u gotta lose cuz i got all 3 LOL but im in sales maybe i was convincing.

Not really sure if it's off-topic, but I was told ED cars come with mats.

Mats were initially not included with mine. I was quite shocked (what is this, a Porsche?) and asked the salesman, he scrounged up a set from a used 1 Series they had on the lot...
