STD Suspension Brakes

I have been offered std suspension brakes for 5k, they are 4 pistons front and rear with 14in slotted and ventilated disks. the kits look really solid

I know they have some good coil overs but there's not a lot of info on their brakes out there.

Anyone know anything about these?

You can get StopTech, a proven solution, for less than that price...

Unless you have an adventurous spirit I would not buy products related to safety that have not been tried out by others.

Agreed. The 380mm 6pot front/355 4 pot rear can be had for less than that shipped if a vender is trying to clear out stock.

Let me get this straight... You are swapping out parts designed by some of the top engineers in the world because some guys sponsored by a company told you it's "better??" But when you ask the same guy about tracking, "oh no, I have a kid now" or "I just detailed my car." or "i just got new tires."

lol... Sexually Transmitted Disease....
seriously man, just go for a set of stoptechs and call it a day... STD has some association with KW if i am not wrong. but they are way too new in the game. i would go for a company with a better rep and more history.

I tell all of my clients that braking is not an area of the car worth experimenting with. It's best to work with a proven manufacturer and to choose one that has as many years of experience as possible. A brake failure can lead to a very serious accident.
