they're definitely tinted, look closer. the rears and sides could also have the removable shades in them along with a tint. my car looks similar the summer when I leave them in too, makes them look darker.

thanks for the feedback guys,
my front windows are not tinted because i got a fix-it ticket and never got around to re-tinting it.
I used my nikon D70S for these shots just on auto mode, although i am no photographer. lol.
