Limp Mode with Full Exhaust?

I'm thinking about adding the RPI front pipe/cat delete to my RPI catback along with the Dinan D900-40M software (not the mid pipe delete software). If I add the Akrapovic Delete-R Check Engine Light Suppressor for the CEL, do I still have to worry about the vehicle potentially going into limp mode with this setup?

A better way of asking the question is whether the Dinan mid pipe software, or software from other vendors, simply turns off the CEL or adds some sort of additional tuning to keep the car from going into limp mode when it doesn't have CATS?

It will not go into limp mode from removing the cats. I have had the Gintani x-pipe on for about two months now, and although the SES light is annoying, the car runs fine. I have not got around to getting the Dinan tune, but the car definitely has more balls!
