Good photos of Valencia Orange 1M in natural light, on road

Good representation of the Valencia Orange 1M color in natural light. This car just looks awesome out on the road.

Close to real life. Still, pictures are not doing this color justice.

Well I've gone and done it!

Told my dealer today to change my order from BSM to VO, so providing it doesn't change my build date i should have my VO 1M in around 8 weeks.

Colour choice has been the most agonising decision, however seeing it in person convinced me to go VO.

Great color. I would get a 1M in VO as it's unique to the 1er.

Probably had a polarizer on the lens which makes the safety glass adhesive visible

You're right about the polarizer making the safety glass visible but there is no adhesive involved. Safety glass is toughened by heat treating it in small zones which induces stress into the glass. When it breaks, because the glass is already pre-stressed it shatters into hundreds of tiny pieces. The stress in the glass stretches some glass molecules while compressing others and this changes the way the light passes through it - making it visible under polarized light.

Apologies for the high-school lecture!

Looks so sick at the beginning, or its the type of color I would like to see on the road, but not on my car.

I would grow tired of it after 2 weeks. Type of colour I would like to see on another person's car, because it is fricking nice, but too much for me over time. Like a yellow Ferrari, same thing.
