I thought Friday was concours and Saturday was half-days only? That's why I didn't even sign up. :\

You can still sign up right now. There're only two run groups on Saturday, track time is a ton!

Laguna Seca is a fun track. But sound restriction is hateful!! Last time I got kicked out after 2 laps because of exhaust. I think I will be fine this time with complete stock car...

Supposedly, but a couple Akra EVO equipped cars got flagged when I went. They had to get off the throttle whenever they passed the sound station to prevent getting flagged.

Yep. There's a sound check booth right when you come out of a turn and start going up hill. You just have to shift early there and should be fine.

They have sound check station at turn 5 and 8, which is part of uphill. It sucks.

it was a blast,personal experience has showed me to have more fun in a near stock car at a track day,i will keep the car relatively stock for a few more events,this was my first time at laguna and first time out with the e92 that i just purchased less then 3 weeks ago

poor e90 M3 hit the wall after the corkscrew luckily he was not hurt
stock lotus evora's were getting flagged for noise violation you just have to let off when passing by the DB meeter

other then that was a amazing day

I was out there in a Henna red E30 M3. I blew the sound check even with half throttle through T5. It was a short uneventful day for me

It was white. It looked like 2011 model. Luckily the owner looked Ok and was able to walk out of the car.
