The misses was offered VIP as a guest of BMW and tickets arrived last Sat for this Sun which includes 2 admission tickers, lunch and refreshments throughout the day in the BMW pavillion and the best part the day starting at 0800 at the Goodwood race circuit, tuition one on one driving of the M range on track with Tiff Needell in attendance giving hot laps.

Thank you BMW for the nice intro to the brand..........

Festival of Speed is well worth it if you have never done before, I have really enjoyed in the past.

Nah she went through Park Lane BMW for her order as its right near her work

She did enquire about the 1M through Synter Canary Wharf but wasn't happy with the sales try on from the finance guy not realising she is an international sales manager for a large company herself so she wasn't having any of the bull so Park Lane she found totally different in their approach and she knew what she wanted before walking in.....I think they were also impressed with her passion for speed having done a number of track days, many nurburgring trips and so on lol

Cool. Looking to get some tuition myself, ideally an M car.

Have a trip to Mercedes Benz world for 5 laps in the SLS and an hour in an AMG which I got for my 40th coming up, although I haven't booked it yet.

Well worth some tuition allowing you to exploit the car just that little more and recover if necessary lol

we have been away from rwd since we left Aus 9 years ago and have been running about in tuned hot hatches since so some brushing up on rwd will be welcoming lol

I know of a couple of people who have done the MB days and had a great time, you will really enjoy it mate, get yourself booked in while the weather aint to bad....

Sorry mate, i meant were the tickets a surprise from the dealer or did you negotiate them?

I gave my dealer a heads up re oil. They didn't have it in stock, confirmed it was on back order and have confirmed in should be in stock for my service!
