How many of you went with Yorkshire Bank (UK)
Just had a chat with Yorkshire Bank about finance, apparently there's been quite a few applications made for the 1M with them. They quoted me 6.3% over three years, with a balloon of around 15k after the three years.
Anyway, forgot to ask about early repayment options, anyone know whether they charge for this? Also, did anyone go with BMW finance instead? Are they more competitive. Cheers |

I went with Clydesdale who offer an identical package to what you've been offered. BMW at two different dealer networks were no where near on APR. Something like 12.5-13% although both were reluctant to disclose exact rate sticking to quote to a "5.5% flat rate". Which is meaningless. Guess they were trying to cash in on a popular car.
When I told my dealer I'd gone with another finance company, they said they could try and match. However, since I told them the deal I was getting I haven't heard back from them. |

Started with BMW FS through a couple of my local dealers and the lowest they could go was 8.6% APR on a 4 year PCP.
Shopped around and cane across Yorkshire/Clydesdale (one and the same I think) through www.BabyBMW.net. In the end I went 4 year Personal Hire Purchase with a £12.7k balloon with Yorkshire who went with 6.5% APR. No one could touch that deal. The rate was incredibly low. My contact was Ryan Dobson and he was superb! |
