Orange County and LA have some bad dealers, lets see which dealer is the best.....Vote or Die "service expierences"

What if you hate all the dealers, but you just trust specific people in them? Just saying that most of the time it's only one or two individuals that are good at a dealer, not the dealer itself.

I voted South Bay and Long Beach because I know people who work there, and Pacific because they're the only ones who ever fixed my transmission. I would vote Steve Thomas, but they're not even on there....

I hate Pacific BMW Sales, but love their service when I go to who I know

I hate Bob Smith BMW Sales, but love their service when I go to who I know

I like Shelly BMW sales, but realllly dislike their service

I like STBMW Sales, but no experience with their service

voted for center bmw..been going there for 6 yrs now (2 bmw's). Same SA: Andre Ashegian....

Steve Thomas sales is the best according to my expierences. They are out of my 100 mile range so service from them is impractical.

We actually have won the service of excellence award 9 out of the last 13 years before BMW changed the way you win the award last year, also Warren one of our SA's has been in the top 3 SA's in the country 13 years straight

If any of you guys have not given us a shot for your service i would highly recommend it. I know its a ways away for some of you but we have the huge outlet mall across the street and a bunch of other stuff to occupy you while your getting the car worked on

I actually like going to steve Thomas for service. Excellent drive, good view especially when ur coming over that last hill and your up there overlooking the whole county....also when i went there for service they guys all knew I drove like 90 miles so they were appreciative that I came out there just for them and made sure to get my car out as quickly as possible.
