DCT strange behavier

Hi All,

I was driving in the city today with M drive settings D3,MDM, EDC normal. At the colour light gentle take off and suddenly the S mode kicked in with the gear set 1. Then started bunny hopping until I pushed the lever to D again. It was quite dangerous situation due to the traffic.

Has anyone experienced something like that?. I am sure I didn't touch the paddle shifters to switch in to S mode. What could have caused it?

You sure you didn't pull on the shift paddles by mistake or a passenger didn't play with shift knob?

No passenger, just me in the car. I am positive about the shifters not being touched.

That never happened to me... I got the "bronco" before (plenty of times) and it's very embarrasing!, but it never changed on its own.

Some people call it "Bronco"... it has to do with the throtle response when you take off in S1; the car hops like a little bunny if you're not used to it. It mostly happens when it's cold.
