Hi Guys, So on this Tuesday I will be touring the Leipzig Werk with a few other 1addicts members thats to Papethova hooking us up! I thought I would bring some questions to ask our tour guiide. I have no idea IF they will even know or answer any of these Q's... but I would like to know the answers!!!  IF you gys can think of anything to add... please post your Q's!!!  Dackel Questions to Ask the factory... When will the 1M Coupe production end? EOP ? March, 2012 ? Will all 1M Coupe production for the USA be a 2011 Model Year? Will there be a 2012 model? Will we see a 1M Coupe CSL ? When will the EOP (end of production) be for the 1M ? Why is the 1M Coupe for USA called a 2011 while current 135’s and 128’s for the USA are 2012’s !?!? Will the RoW see a 2012 1M Coupe? Will there be Military Car Sales of the 1M? When will the X1 be built (SOP) for the USA? Will there be a X1M ? Will the F20 come to the USA? When is the start of production (SOP) for the F20? When is end of production (EOP) for the e82/e88? EOP for the E82/E88 is 06/12 ? What is the last date for Euro Delivery (ED) ? When will we see a new e82/F22 coupe? When will we see a M2? What engine? PS/Hp ? Will it be called a M2 or M1 or 1M ??? Will we see a 1er GT four door? Why is the 1M limited for V-max to 260 kph ? Why no higher M V-max of 280 kph??? Some people report seeing/tacho 275 kph. ? |

What about some performance goodies as promised 1M
How many cars per country or at least how many are sheduled untill now 1M Dackel my man, it's worth a try but the poor guide will not know what to answer exept that he/she doesn't know. where do they build n55 engines for 135? i know n55 for 335 is built in steyr, austria, but not sure on 135 us spec engine birthplace.

I thought all the N54's were built in Regensburg Werk, then shipped all over teh world for various car models. Not sure about the N55. I remember seeing a BMW.tv film on the engine plant within Regensburg. Maybe try to search on BMW TV or YouTube. ?
