Anyone know a service rep or tech at Bob Smith in Calabasas?

I was wondering if anyone knew anyone good at Bob smith to take my girlfriends mini to. She has been there twice and they did not fix the issue properly. Also for my 135i. My usual guy at another dealer is just way too busy now since he got promoted and cant always get to my car. I have to have a tail light replaced.

Have you tried Center BMW? Just about 20minutes east of Calabasas in Sherman Oaks where the 101/405 meets.
