Lux angel eyes @ Customs Clearance

I was wondering if anyone knows how long Customs Clearance can take normally these days ?
I ordered a set of Lux angel eyes a couple of weeks ago, and I'm still waiting for them. Since October 9th the tracking status says it's being processed by customs in Belgium. Seems they are having a hard job !?

Your set of LUX angel eyes is currently processed by the "Customs Clearance Test Team".
Unfortunately, the space was not specified where the set is supposed to be fit on the car:

It took some time to pass the customs also here in Austria when I purchased the LUX.

They might waiting for a good day to calculate the VAT watching the currency exchange rate.
