Service Book?
Hi All,
I had my 1M in for it\'s first service today, when I went to collect the car I had a quick look to see if the book had been stamped but couldn\'t find the book. I went back in to see if the car is supposed to have one but they weren\'t sure. The tech had noted \"no service book in car\" on the job card so had presumed I\'d left it out......but I\'ve never had one. They are going to look into it tomorrow. Just wondered if everyone here has a physical service book rather than invoice etc? Thanks |

Yes, I have a service book. It came with all the other handbooks etc. I had my first service yesterday and they forgot to order in one of the oils. At least they didnt drain it first. I have to go back in again in a few days, not impressed!

Yes, definitely came with a service book. In fact, service book should have been stamped when the dealer did the pre-delivery inspection!
