TPMS on older e36 M3 wheels

Can you mount TPMS on older e36 M3 wheels? It appears that the valve stem hole is to close to the edge of the lip for the TPMS stem nut to clear lip.

Has anyone done this?

Anyone??

I have a set of E36 M3 Contour wheels a freind will sell me very cheap $100.00. I would like to use for a winter set. But I want to run with wheels that have TPMS. The wheels are not where I can see them in person to insure that you can mount TPMS sensors, in the pics the valve stem shoulder looks different and very close to the wheel lip. I just what to make sure that the valve stem nut will fit.
