Wheel spacer
Yes, I searched high and dry but did not find anything useful for spacers on a 128 with sports package.
I keep seeing wheel spacer advertised for the 1 series and wonder if that make a good addition on the track. Since my car is still under warranty I also wonder if that would be a problem, after-all spacers will put more strain onto the axle and bearings. If not, what would be a recommended size, 10mm front, 12mm, 15mm, or 20mm rear. I have the standard staggered setup! All posting I have come across are for the M or 135i, nothing on my little 128i! Thanks

I also have a 128i sport pkg and have experimented with several spacers on 17 and 18 inch wheels. With stock height and tire sizes you can use 12mm front and back without rubbing. It looks much better. I don't track my car, so not sure of the benefits there.

Thanks, I went ahead and ordered 12mm front and 15 back for my 17" OEM rims. Not tracking either, just for the look really.
I know, it changes dynamics and other things, but it really looks great!

Will the spacers affect wheel bearing life?
