Seems like it should fit, w/ that narrow of a tire.

It's not that crazy, when I bought my car (used) it had a 45mm offset wheel on the rear. I think w/ a 245mm tire. Front was 225mm tire but I don't remember the offset. They fit fine.

A 215 tire on a 9.5" wheel is quite a stretch. That's your plan, right? If not you may reconsider. IMO, which is worth very little, it looks kind of silly. But everyone has different tastes and goals.

215 on a 9.5 is an uber stretch.

http://www.tyrestretch.com/9.5_215_4...40_R18.jpg.php

the lip of the wheel is fully exposed in both pictures.

there is a 235 on a 9.5, it looks a lot better imho.

All manufacturers other than Continental specify 7" to 8.5" rim width for a 215/35-18 tyre, when viewing the specs at TireRack for that tyre size. Continental specifies 7" to 8".
