212 19's to 214 20's on 2009 X35d Sport

Hi all, I bought a 2009 X35d Sport with 212s on it about a month ago. I'm happy with the car, but my wife saw an X5 with 214s and commented on how cool they look. Now she's ok with me pursuing upgrading our X5. Pretty crazy since she usually thinks its insane each time I bring up some trivial upgrade to a car.

Anyways, upon research, it appears they'll fit, but I need to get new/upgraded fender arches. I'm struggling to find out the best and most cost-effective way to do that?

For the wheels, I'll be buying OEM, likely used or looking for someone who wants to trade for perfect 19" 212s with brand new Bridgestone tires.

Anyways, am I missing anything besides the fender arches, and any advice on where to get those?

I assume if I do a swap, the TPMS from each system will work on the others, or does TPMS need to be removed?
