Need E90!

I need someone with an E90
i have a custom trunk sub box for my car
but the fit is not perfect, i think this was made for an E90
is anyone who has an E90 willing to see if it fits his car?
here is what it looks like from the trunk side

and from inside the car

if it fits E90 i'll sell it and make another box for my car

It fits mine
But not perfectly
