Windows up, top down - different lengths between front and rear?

So I'm aware of the rule that you have to roll up the rear quarters before the fronts or use the global switch to roll up all four. When I use the global switch to raise all four windows, the driver's side windows are lined up (in other words, there's a smooth line from the bottom of the rear window up across the seal to the front of the front window). But on the passenger side, the front window is about 1/2 inch below the rear window.

I've tried raising it up more with the switch -- nothing. I've tried raising the front and then the back separately -- nothing. Is this normal or a warranty issue?

Sounds like either the rear window is sitting too high, or the front window is sitting too low. They adjust the windows at the factory, but it's possible one of the windows has come out of adjustment or they missed it at the factory.

I don't have a vert, but I might have an idea... Normally, if either door is open and you try raising the front window on that door all the way, it won't actually go all the way up in order to prevent you from accidentally shattering the window when you close the door. It then goes up when the door is closed. This happens on verts and coupes because there the door does not completely contain the window and there is no frame to protect it around the top in either case. Coincidentally, the distance it stays from the top is about half an inch... To me it sounds like some sort of malfunction of that system, though I honestly have no idea what it could be.

It may be a warranty issue. I just tried this on my 2012 vert, top down and all 4 windows down. Pull up on the master window switch, all the windows go up and when they stop they all line up along the top.
