Willing to pay up for curb rash free, unbent example with decent tread remaining.

Good luck. I think I've only ever seen one used set for sale.

As i thought - i've been pricing a new set and was optimistic that I could shave $1,000 - $1,500 off if i found a nice used setup and didn't need to eat shipping. Looks like i will end up swallowing hard and paying for the lowest all in cost of a new set.

Go for a new set or if you already have silver zcp's maybe consider powder coating them?

Yeah - I've got the 18" wheels - i bought new in '08 and figured I'd switch them out at some point. ZCP wasn't available yet.

I looked at getting a set of the silver and powder coating but folks wanted $2800 plus shipping for 60% tred on the PSS tires....then I'd be dumping an extra $500 to $800 for powder coat when I could just get fresh rubber and an OE finish for another $300.

At times you find someone selling a set of used zcps in the area. I made up my mind last october to get a pair of used zcps and when a set came up in december i changed my mind and wanted to go with some BBSs. Needless to say i still dont have a new set of wheels and above all am now looking for a set of zcps again.

Im prob going to bite the bullet and buy a new set of silver zcps. Personally in your case id bite the bullet and buy a set of new black zcps. The pro is you get to choose the tire size you want for a more agressive stance and better grip.
