Euro Spec models: Changing to non airbag seats

I am considering getting aftermarket seats (ie. Recaros) without airbags. But I'm wondering what is the solution for the Airbag light that will come on after removing the the factory seats.

I know for US models there are products that remove the airbag light:

But what do the guys with Euro spec cars do? Is there a similar solution?
