Vorsteiner CF diffuser

I received my Vorsteiner CF diffuser today. Really happy with the quality of the CF, very similar to the OEM BMW CF mirrors and trunk lip spoiler I already have.
Getting it installed this Friday!

isnt the BMW oem stuff 2x2 and Vorsteiner 1x1 weave? how do they look together?

yup slight difference in weave pattern, when I was comparing to BMW OEM I was specifically talking about the construction of the piece which is thin and light vs other CF parts I have gotten that had a different thicker/heavier construction.
I'll have installed pics this weekend.

FYI guys the diffuser I got had holes that are too small for the OEM blind rivets.
So in other words the OEM plastic blind rivets (they attach the diffuser to the bumper) will not work with this diffuser without modification, so my installer is going to drill out the holes on the diffuser to make them larger.
I emailed Vorsteiner for solutions but have not gotten a response.

I emailed you late this afternoon after I spoke with Vorsteiner who didnt email you since they were at our shop most of the day.....the holes were very tight and hence possibly too small on your diffuser as it was one of the very first ones to ship out. The problem has since been alleviated on the future diffusers.

No modification should be required for this part to be installed.

You can send yours back in exchange for another or you can drill the holes slightly bigger. Whichever you or your installer is comfortable with.

We can send a call tag to pick up your diffuser tomorrow if you like.
