orange E brake light on while driving

Hello every one

i own a 135i N55 with:
AR catless DP
ER intercooler
CPE charge pipe
Inejn intake
AA signature cat back.
JB4 (remove-Testing)
burger tuning meth kit.

So this is the issue, every day i dirve the car normaly but some times i like to take out all the power from the car but for some reazons in some right turns (hard turning) the ebrake light come one in orange and the car cut the power and start again. i though it can be the Jb4 and take out the jb4 but yesterady i was driving and the problem appear again.
so with the orange Ebrake light on i stop the car turn of the car and turn it on again and the light is gone adn drive normaly.

Can some one tell me what it is???? any help will be grat maby some one have an idea of what can be the issue and how to resolve it i have an appoinment on friday to scand the car, yes iknow why so long but is the nearest deale i have the other one is a 6 hour driving so no way.

are you sure youre not just talking about the stability control light??? it is intervening and cutting off throttle so you don't lose control.

yes im sure i know the diferencces betwen the 2 lights, besides the stability control light turns on and off, that light dont stay on untill i turn off the car

With my old Subaru, a ebrake light on permanently meant either your brake pads are low or your brake fluid reservoir is low. I don't know if it's true for BMWs but it's worth a look. Good luck!
