Z4M: Anyone replaced a water pump yet?

I am at 78K miles and plan to replace the water pump and thermostat after my 2 day event at Watkins Glen next week. I was wondering if anyone here has done it and has a parts list and tips?

I looked through some e46 M3 DIYs and the job does not look too bad. Except if the Z4M requires unbolting the frame/sub-frame in front of the motor/pump to get more clearance- then it becomes a much bigger job. I am thinking not, but was hoping someone can confirm before I start.
