LCI taillights upgrade coding in Mass

Hi all,
I just picked up my second m3 a few weeks ago 09 e93 (DCT) I'm looking for a place to the coding for the LCI taillights upgrade and a place to do the oem exhaust modification.

Mario's custom exhaust in Fitchburg for the exhaust. I went for mine last summer (ACM mod) never heard anything negative about him, very reputable in the area. Plan on going for my test pipes in spring!
