I've noticed these forums fluctuate a good amount. some days they'll be bouncing off the walls busy and some days there will barely be a few posts. Overall it's one of the more active forums i've been apart of.

For what!? I can drive up the mountain for winter but don't have to deal with snow and cold at home. As someone who grew up in one of the snowiest places there could possibly be, I'll take it thank you very much.

Yeah, damn straight! I grew up on the north coast though where I've seen 8 feet of snow in a day and I now work in the oil patch half of my time where it gets to -50...so yeah, I think I'm allowed some warm weather!

There's definitely a shift in the dynamics of this set of forums. I am seeing some ludicrous modification ideas that would have been immediately shot down ages ago. I've only been here for about 2 years, so it's all relative I guess. I have personally paid a bit less attention to these forums as I joined some local car groups. I do miss the hey-day(sp?) that I saw last year. I've been saying this for a year though so it's not as sudden to me. At the very least, people here have stopped asking why I didn't just buy a 1M

Honestly I think it's the holidays. It was pretty busy before the holidays but slowed dramatically. Wait till next week...

I think it's mostly the holidays, but also, since there are no new ones coming, you also don't get all the excited people enduring the grueling 2 to 3 month wait and coming on here for "support" through that maddening time period.

For sure. Well I am kind of in that maddening situation although it's a self imposed waiting period.

Yeah, it's pretty disappointing, but maybe it'll get better? Even BF.c is pretty slow these days, used to be crazy busy all the time when I was glued to it back in 07ish.

internet porn....which in car culture is the non stop argument of which is faster a car running a sun roof vs a car not running a sun roof...or the ever popular and slighlty more sexual which type of air is better for ones tires and the ever explicit "why my car is faster because it doesnt' have idrive"

People are off work and doing things they actually want to do, instead of sitting at work bored, browsing forums.

Want to make more traffic? Start a thread about what oil to use.....,.
