Proper Size Without Rubbing

Hi everyone. I read through a bunch of posts and am a bit confused on tire size. I am planning on ordering some new tires soon and want to make sure I don't mess up. I have a 2012 128i that I will be putting a set of 261 M sport rims on, and I will also be lowering it with Eibach Pro springs. It seems that the 225/255 setup size wise is very popular. Do you think I will be able to run this while lowered on the Eibachs without any rubbing? I really don't want to have to roll my fenders. I was also considering wheel spacers in the future, possibly 10mm. Let me know your thoughts on this setup. I'm sure there are a few of you running it. If you think there will be issues would a 225/245 setup be better? Thanks for the help!!
