1 of us!

Just took delivery of a new to me 2008 135i

55k miles
Premium package
sport package
cold weather package
comfort access <-- LOVE THIS!
all the other goodies, pretty much a fully loaded vehicle!

all maintenance up to date too, so i dont have to worry about that anytime soon

only downside is its a 6AT, but its my DD, so im ok with that.

Cashmere silver exterior with taupe interior

Coming from an 05 SRT-4 with 162k miles, this is definately a step in the right direction! haha

Congrats man! You will love this coming from an SRT. I used to have the Caliber SRT few years ago. The difference in overall quality (and really just about everything) is just silly. Enjoy!

yeah, no kidding, especially the neon SRT-4.

the seats are about on par, but the overall noise level and ride comfort are much better in the 1.

also, the sheer amount of torque available at low RPM's is insane in the 1 compared to my old car. i could stab the go pedal and get up to 60 before my car thinks about spooling up, haha

Welcome and congrats on the purchase!

Surprised you think the seats are on par with the SRT. I find the 1 series seats to be 100x better than the SRT's.

Have fun and enjoy the ride!

as far as the bolstering goes, its similar which is awesome, but comfort level the BMW has it beat by far.

i definitely need to get some snow tires for this car though, haha not too fun driving on snow with it right now.

The 6AT is a very nice tranny. The shifts with the paddles are very quick and precise. Give it some time.

got me a set of Michelin x-ice xi3's on a set of 17" wheels, feels so nice to have the car planted in the snow instead of feeling like driving on hockey pucks on ice, haha

now I can enjoy the car

any hopefully i can get some pictures up tomorrow
