I had some issues with my first filter not fitting properly. I contacted AFE and explained my situation and they exchanged it for me.

I just received the new one today (3-6-2014) but I will not be installing it.

I did open the box to verify contents and I do have the exchange receipt.

I will do FTF for $65 OBO. I'm located in Buena Park, CA

Doesn't this filter only fit 2008-2010 m3's?

Nope, that is for a 2011 and up. That is why the part number starts with "11"
