What is going on with Canadian allocations? Haven't heard anything about my order?

I have had a deposit on my M4 for a year now and I am STILL waiting to hear from my dealer here in Calgary about allocation? I am 2nd on the waiting list and I am ordering my M4 custom to my specs without ceramic brakes. My dealer is saying that BMW Canada has not given them any information on allocations, production numbers or dates? What gives?

The only info he had is that there will be 8 pre-packaged M4's that you cannot change coming to Calgary first but those have not even been allocated? He also said that Canadian production has been pushed back.

All I want to know is when will I get my allocation number and when will this car actually get produced? To be clear, I am not getting European Delivery. Getting tired of waiting here.

I am also waiting but with no info from dealer (I am also in Calgary). When I ordered they said mid-August delivery but I have a feeling it may not be correct. Just hope I get it before the snow.

From what I understand, production will not start until June. So if you're not doing ED, you will probably receive the car late July To August.
For the people that are doing ED, some have gotten production numbers already, but it's the same timeline in terms of when the cars will be going into production, June.
The only difference is that with ED, we get to pick it up almost right off the assembly line so no need to wait for the 6-8 weeks transit time to Canada.
ED deliveries will start end of June.

I'm also in Calgary, but in a different situation since I am doing ED.

I have a production number, and a pickup from The Welt scheduled for June 28.

My salesman told me that I will be able to take delivery of my spec'ed M4 in Toronto before the end of June as I have a May production.

Also I know that certain dealers in Toronto get 3 prespec'ed M4s by the end of May that they can sell.

That's what I was originally told when I ordered mid-January (made my deposit mid-November). When I inquired this week I was told June production for late July delivery but the dealer still does not have a production number.

This is very accurate to my knowledge. We should start getting some more info by the end of April.

Have not heard from my SA yet. Congrats, hopefully it's official. From what I've heard, that date should have been in June.

Wow. Just wow. BMW Canada does not have residuals sorted yet. Don't expect allocation until official production begins. But I'm sure your dealer enjoyed collecting interest on your deposit for the past year.

Are those the launch cars?
Cause I'm still getting June production for all ED and regular delivery cars.

Nope. At least not mine. To be honest I an doubtful about this date.

Nothing new yet. I think we'll get a little bit more info in May, including the finance/leasing information.
