Stock axle back. No drone. Sound is deeper...a nice throaty exhaust tone

Probably slightly- since it eliminates the stock secondary cats. I'm in a state that doesn't have emission testing so it was never an issue or a concern.

You should be able to pass emissions though since you retain your factory primaries that do most of the work anyway.

It retains your factory primary cats- which are the only ones required to not throw a CEL on a stock tune.
