Hopefully buying first M5 tomorrow!

Going to look at this beast tomorrow. I've been waiting so long to get one. What should I ask to see or do before sale!? What advice do you guys have for me? Thanks!

Some of the M5 boards would probably be more help. I have heard maintenance costs go way up as they accumulate more mileage.
