Will 16" wheels fit a Msport car?
Family member is about the pull the trigger on a 128vert but I just realized it has the Msport package and thus the 17 wheels and thus summer tires (not so good for Chicago winters!)
Will the standard 16" wheels (205/55/16) fit on this car or do they upgrade the brakes with the Msport?

Pretty sure they won't fit over the Brembos on the front but not 100% certain.
Assuming that the 128i M Sport has the same brakes as the 135i? |

I don't think the brakes are any different with the M Sport - but I can't tell from what I find on-line. That's my concern.

128 does have different and smaller brakes than the 135i, even with the Msport package which is basically all cosmetic. The 16s should fit fine

Could always add a small spacer with extended lugs to clear the caliper if its just a little tight.

16's fit. Look at the 325i or 323i e90's
128i msport is just bumpers & suspension.
